Paying with Carlo is easy:

1. Scan the merchant’s QR code.
2. Enter the amount of your purchase.
3. Use your cashback if you have any.
4. Confirm with your PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
5. Get 5% cashback for supporting Monaco’s local economy.

All our transactions are processed and secured by our partner Lemonway, a payment institution approved by the ACPR-Banque de France.

Before each payment, you will be asked to perform additional authentication by entering a PIN or via biometric recognition.

When you make a payment with Carlo, you can choose to use all or part of your cashback. The amount of cashback used to make your purchase is deducted from or replaces the amount charged to your card. If you prefer to keep and accumulate your cashback, you will be charged to your registered credit card.
