Step 1

Make sure you have correctly linked your bank card to your Carlo account. In the Menu, select the tab My account, then click My bank card. Follow the instructions to confirm your bank details.

2nd step

When going at the checkout, scan the QR code of your merchant.

Step 3

Enter the amount of your purchase.

If you have a cashback balance, select the cashback amount you want to use.

Confirm your payment details.

Step 6

Validate the payment with your PIN code, fingerprint or facial recognition. Your credit card will be automatically debited with the amount of your purchase deducted from the cashback used.
