How to register ?

After downloading our application, youcan register with your email address or directly with your Google, Facebook or Apple account.

What should I do if I've forgotten my login details?

  • If you forget your password, click on Forgot your password? then follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
  • If you have forgotten the email address you used to create your Carlo account, contact support at hello@carloapp.com.

Is my personal data protected?

The personal data collected during registration is secure. We highly value and respect your privacy. To find out more, see our privacy policy.

Do I have to register my credit card to use the app?

Carlo is a payment application which requires you to register your bank card in order to make payments with Carlo and accumulate cashback with our partner merchants.

However, if you have an account that has been topped up with a Top up code, you can use your cashback balance without having to register a bank card. 

I receive an error message while registering my card.

If you encounter an error while registering your card, please verify that:
  1. Your card is a Visa or a Mastercard
  2. Your card is registered in a European country
  3. Your card is authorized to make electronic payments by your bank.
If loading the page takes a very long time while registering your card, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
