Mitron Bakery

Discover Mitron Bakery, the artisanal and sustainable bakery in Monaco designed by chef Mauro Colagreco. After launching this project in Menton in 2020, the chef intends to introduce Monaco to his new approach to artisanal baking and to a strong ecological commitment. Mauro Colagreco wishes to rehabilitate bread, to give it back the place it should never have lost, that of an “indispensable”, a vital food for body and soul, symbol of sharing and respect; a food consumed by all, of which we should never have given up.
