With over 30 years of experience in the field of sport, Laurent has held positions as direction at fitness giants such as Top Fit Antibes, Fitlane, World Class Monaco….
He was also the Sports Director of the Moving Morocco Network to strengthen and develop the Moving Franchise in the country.
His wife Sandrine, meanwhile, is a expert in spa treatments, hairdressing and aesthetics and was responsible for the well-being part at Movin

EMS is a training technique that uses electrical impulses to stimulate the muscles and allow them to work more intensely than with a traditional workout.
It allows access to sport for all and encourages non-athletes to get started, but also allows athletes to high level to optimize their session. It is one of the first to offer this type of service.
The company Monaco Wellness System is composed of a team of multidisciplinary specialists, each with their specialty in yoga, boxing, fitness, etc. The objective is to offer personalized coaching adapted to the needs of each individual.
