Acceptance of paper gift vouchers

For the 3rd consecutive year, the operation with the Prince's Government has been renewed. So these are more than 10,000 gift vouchers which will be distributed on December 1 to public service and CHPG employees. Some recipients of gift vouchers have opted for a version under paper form. We estimate their number between 500 and 1000 users. It is important to train your teams to accept paper gift vouchers and the " scanner of the merchant application. Please see the instructions below to complete the transaction when you are presented with one of these gift vouchers.

The customer presents you with his paper gift voucher

1) Open the scanner in the Carlo menu (at the top left for the old version of the shopping application OR at the bottom of the homepage of for the new version).

2) Scan your client's QR code

3) Enter the amount of cashback the customer wants to use (equivalent to the value of the purchase)

4) Confirm payment
The payment has been made, you will receive the amount of the transaction directly in your bank account.
